General Booking Information
Rooms may be reserved online using a valid credit or debit card to secure your booking.
Your booking will be confirmed in writing, fax or e-mail. We will require your debit or credit card details, which will be held on file in order to secure the room. We also reserve the right to obtain pre-authorisation on your card up to 7 days prior to arrival.
We will require advance written notice of any cancellation. Please familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy. We stress the importance of taking out travel insurance to protect yourself against any financial loss should you need to cancel within the cancellation period.
We accept debit & credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch & Delta. Cheques can only be accepted if supported by a valid cheque card.
For unconfirmed bookings, payment will be taken on arrival.
Check-in time is from 2.00pm until 10.00 pm on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive later than 10pm, please let us know in order that we can make any necessary arrangements.
Latest check-out time is 11.00am.
We have a car park outside the hotel for the use of our customers. There is also a designated disabled space. Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the car owners’ risk.
